The front door to the Grand Island Clubhouse will be locked until repairs can be made to the beams at that entrance. Please use the back door facing the pool until further notice. Thank you!

 

Starting January 20th Knology will be out on property to add HBO to our service. You may have to auto program your television so that it will pick up channel's 20 and 21. It may take up to two weeks for the entire resort to be hooked up!

 

1st quarter dues were due January 1st! If you have not paid please get them in the mail asap! Anything after January 10th will be charged a late fee!

 

 

Due to insurance regulations the maintenance yard is off limits to all homeowners and guests. If you are not employed by Gulf Highlands Beach Resort do not enter the maintenance yard.

 

Starting the new year we will be updating all files. If you have not provided us with a copy of your insurance please do so. We will be sending out letters to those who have not. Also if you rent your unit long term please provide a copy of the lease to the office.

 

Beginning the second weekend in January all chairs and tables will be locked up. If you have put up a deposit for an activity in the conference center you will need to come up to the office daily to retrieve a key for the tables and chairs. Every evening the table and chairs will need to be locked back up and the key returned to the office. A member of the HOA staff will be counting table and chairs daily. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this will cause.
