Second quarter statements

We will be mailing out statements next week. Please be advised of additional information that will be sent with the statements. The information is in regards to new billing methods that will be in effect the third quarter. Also do not forget dues are due April 1st.

Beach House Pictures

We have posted a few pictures in a new album "Beach House Repairs" please take a look at the before and after photos! Maintenance has really done a great job!!!

New HOA Office!!!

The HOA will be moving offices this Friday! We are moving to the building at the main entrance next to Emerald Coast Reality. The new address for the Homeowners Association Office is 10997 Hutchison Blvd. Suite 101 PCB, FL. 32407. Knology will be out to transfer the phone & internet lines. The Homeowners Association Office phones will be down for a period of time on Friday. The computers will also be down. On Friday, if you have an emergency during office hours and need to get in contact with the HOA, please call Maintenance at 850-896-1902.

Cable Upgrade

Starting January 20th Knology will be out on property to add HBO to our service. You may have to auto program your television so that it will pick up channel's 20 and 21. It may take up to two weeks for the entire resort to be hooked up!

Dont forget about dues!

1st quarter dues were due January 1st! If you have not paid please get them in the mail asap! Anything after January 10th will be charged a late fee!

Rental Guests!!!

Please remember that there is not a Rental Office on site at Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. If you rent your unit please advise your tenants to contact you with any problems or concerns. Please remember to provide them with armbands and pass authorization forms. The Homeowners Association Office is not responsible for your tenants.

Maintenance Yard

Due to insurance regulations the maintenance yard is off limits to all homeowners and guests. If you are not employed by Gulf Highlands Beach Resort do not enter the maintenance yard.
