The exercise room has been moved to the old office. The former gym is a wi-fi spot.

Due to insurance regulations the maintenance yard is off limits to all homeowners and guests. If you are not employed by Gulf Highlands Beach Resort do not enter the maintenance yard.

 

Beginning the second weekend in January all chairs and tables will be locked up. If you have put up a deposit for an activity in the conference center you will need to come up to the office daily to retrieve a key for the tables and chairs. Every evening the table and chairs will need to be locked back up and the key returned to the office. A member of the HOA staff will be counting table and chairs daily. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this will cause.

 

In order to dig you have to have all utility lines flagged! This is a Sunshine Law. Please contact the correct utility companies and notify the HOA before you dig. If you do dig and damage a line YOU will be responsible for the repair cost.

 

If you take the chairs and tables from the conference center then you are stealing! We do not loan out tables or chairs. We will prosecute anyone who takes it upon themselves to remove HOA property! Also if you are caught vandalizing any HOA property or equipment then you will be prosecuted.
