Trailers are only allowed on property to load and unload. They cannot be on property over night. If you are hauling a bike on a trailer you may want to contact Surfside Storage. They are located  on Alf Coleman Road and have an Agreement with Gulf Highlands.

You can call Knology to upgrade your cable services for additional charges.

No, there is no on-site rental office. Many owners handle their own rentals or enlist a credible off-site rental agency.

Wireless is available at the Conference Center. If you would like to have internet access in your unit please contact Knology.

1.  All common area maintenance and repair. Including 11 pools, tennis courts, shuffle board, and mini-golf.

 

2.  Conference Center, Grand Island Pool House, and Beach Club Pool House are provided and maintained for your enjoyment. There is no charge for use of these facilities, however you must reserve your date with the office and pay a $100 refundable damage deposit.

 

3.  Lawn Service/Grass Cutting for common grounds and unobstructed lawns. Lawn Service will not cut near flower beds, power boxes, water meters, etc..

 

4.  Pest Control- indoor and outdoor. Please make sure HOA office has a key for your unit or Pest Control will be unable to spray your home.

 

5. Basic Cable- Knology provides free basic cable to our owners
